Chief Information Officer
1. The Chief Infomration Officer or CIO is responsible for developing the cyber security program for the organization.
Note (1): A competitive advantage over opposing organizations can be established where the organization goes through a strategic change through the development of cyber security policies and implementation of an entity wide cyber security training program.

2. The Chief Information Officer is responsible for managing the organisation's technological assets, developing a technology strategy and ensuring the efficiency of his or her enterprise's computer systems, all to support the organization's grander designs.
