Coming from Quality Management (TQM)I made a move to Data Recovery. After a few years of practice, there was a growing understanding that there was more to Continuity than just data recovery. BCM-Academy in Holland helped us to develop knowledge and skills and we are in a proces of implementing BCM to our organization. A challenging and interesting project.
