Karthik Vaidyanathan is currently the Global Business Continuity Lead for Microsoft Commercial Technical Support Division. Karthik built the division’s BCM program from scratch and evolved it into one of Microsoft’s most successful BCM efforts. Prior to this role Karthik lead the business continuity planning and incident management efforts for Microsoft’s largest and 24x7 support site. Karthik was involved in the pandemic planning efforts for the site during the H1N1 threats in 2009. Karthik also has experience in the design and deployment of contact centre solutions for several corporations across the globe.
