1. Maximum Tolerable Level of Disruption is the time following a disruptive event after which an organisation’s viability will be irreversibly impacted if its critical business services are not resumed.

Maximum Tolerable Level of Disruption:

Notes (1): is often expressed in factors such as financial loss, operational downtime, reputational damage, regulatory non-compliance, customer dissatisfaction, or other critical business consequences.
