Mr Navaneetharaj Rajan is the Business Continuity Manager for Service Management, DHL IT Service Center. He is responsible for developing and implementing Business Continuity Management in the organization.

Past Employment
Navaneetharaj started out as a Team Lead of Data Centre Operations in a local bank before moving on to manage the Local Stock Market portfolio in BCM Bursa Malaysia as their BCM Manager for 10 years.
During his tenure at BCM Bursa Malaysia, he was instrumental in the setting up of BCM Bursa Malaysia's Disaster Recovery Centre as well as various BCM awareness and testing programs for the organisation.
His next and current employment is now at DHL IT Services as a Business Continuity Manager where he led its Pandemic Emergency Planning activities. In his role as a BCM Manager at DHL IT Services Asia Pacific, he is also responsible for the training of Service Managers and critical functions staff in Production Services of its BCM Implementation Program.
