The team is responsible for the Financial Systems Controls, Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies and procedures, and operational compliance of CMA. The team designs control frameworks with respective departments to find efficiencies and effectiveness, review governance responsibilities, business continuity, other operational risk aspects.

Ricky led the IT audits and Fraud Risk Management for the group. The business malpractice team Ricky led is the first respondent for all the whistle blowing cases that comes through from all the five countries of operations.

Ricky has delivered management process, IT governance, controls and risk-related security services across various industries, he has led multi-disciplined teams in assessment and documentation of processes and internal operational controls and information technology functions and security. He has helped clients prepare for the requirements of regulatory compliance by assisting them in developing methodologies and approaches, identifying and testing key controls, developing self assessment processes, and subsequently recommending remediation plans for controls issues.
