Scope of Plan

A example of the scope of a Business Continuity Plan is "unavailability of facility and limited to the Company's business office at XXX XXX Street, State, XXXX Postal Code."

Notes: When defining the scope, it is important to limit the scope to a specific location because a disaster is generally location-specific. Refrain from having a scope covering all of your organization locations or the Organization BCM Coordinator will not be able to manage the business continuity plans and program.
