Veronica Oh is currently the Resiliency manager for JP Morgan Private Banking businesses. Veronica previously is from Credit Suisse AG where she was the Business Continuity Manager for 6.5 years, managing Credit Suisse South East Asia Business continuity programs. She is responsible for Credit Suisse South East Asia offices business continuity programs, inclusive crisis management and has lead them through crisis such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, riots protest, technology disaster pandemic events etc.
