1. BCM Steering Committee is a committee of decision makers, business owners, technology experts and BC professionals, tasked with making strategic recovery and continuity planning decisions for the organization.

Notes (1): Unlike a typical project management committee which is disbanded on completion of the project, the BCM Steering Committee is permanent. It is chaired by a member of the Executive Management.

A committee of decision makers(including one or more members of executive management appointed to this committee), business owners, technology experts and business continuity professionals, tasked with making strategic recovery and continuity planning decisions for the organization. Unlike usual project management committee which is disbanded on completion of the project, this committee is permanent.
