Service Recovery Time Objective
1. Service Recovery Time Objective or SRTO is the target duration of time to restore a specific business service from the point of disruption to the point when the specific business service is recovered to a level sufficient to meet business obligations.

Notes (1): to be established for each critical business service. Notes (2): measured based on a time-based metric. It is meant to clarify the FSIs expected recovery timelines for each business service. Notes (3): to guide the FSIs to prioritise their resources during the planning phase. Notes (4): to facilitate decision-making and monitor the recovery progress during a disruption.
