1. Crisis Management or CM Plan Development is a phase within the Crisis Management Planning Methodology.
Notes (1): The purpose is to determine the procedures for notifying the right people and assessing the operational impact.
Notes (2): Specific steps for minimizing the risks of an outage and restoring normal operations after the outage must also be developed.
Notes (3): The output from this step is the BC Plan CM Plan, CC Plan or DR Plan.
