1. Business Services is a service that an organisation provides to an identifiable external stakeholder, end-user or market participant

Business Services:

Notes (1): is deemed important or critical if its disruption would impact an organisation’s financial or operational viability, cause significant customer harm or impact its ability to deliver its Board level approved strategy.

Notes (2): deliver a specific outcome or service to an identifiable end-user. It should be distinguished from business lines or functions, which are a collection of services and activities.
